Description
Trisodium citrate dihydrate (Na3C6H5O7·2H2O) AR grade. Used as a chelating buffer in biochemical assays and citrate-phosphate buffer systems (pH 3.0–6.2), as an anticoagulant in blood collection tubes (Ca2+ chelation), and in microbiological culture media. Also used in preparation of ELISA washing and coating buffers. AR grade ensures low heavy metal content for biological and analytical applications.
