Science Essentials ships Australia-wide. We do not currently ship to international addresses or PO Boxes.

2. Dispatch and Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days, subject to stock availability. Estimated delivery times are provided by couriers and may vary due to external factors.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather events, or third parties.

3. Risk and Responsibility

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon dispatch. It is your responsibility to ensure correct shipping details are provided. Additional charges may apply for redelivery due to incorrect address details.

4. Special Goods

Certain chemicals, restricted items, or temperature-sensitive products may require special shipping arrangements or permits. We will contact you directly if this applies to your order.
