Science Essentials ships Australia-wide. We do not currently ship to international addresses or PO Boxes.
1. Shipping Methods and Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the size, weight, and delivery location. For urgent deliveries or bulk orders, please contact us for a quote.
2. Dispatch and Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days, subject to stock availability. Estimated delivery times are provided by couriers and may vary due to external factors.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather events, or third parties.
3. Risk and Responsibility
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon dispatch. It is your responsibility to ensure correct shipping details are provided. Additional charges may apply for redelivery due to incorrect address details.
4. Special Goods
Certain chemicals, restricted items, or temperature-sensitive products may require special shipping arrangements or permits. We will contact you directly if this applies to your order.
Return and Refund Policy

At Science Essentials, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction and comply with the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel if there are any damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.
Please contact our customer service team at Info@scienceessentials.com.au or 07 3846 1311 with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
We will either arrange a replacement or provide return instructions. We may issue a Returns Authority Number (RA#) before accepting the return.
2. Refund Method
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method. No cash refunds will be given. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
