Sodium chloride (NaCl) AR grade is used as a primary standard for argentometric (silver nitrate) titrations, for preparation of sodium and chloride calibration standards in AAS and ion chromatography, and in preparation of physiological saline and buffer solutions. AR grade ensures very low sulfate, phosphate, and heavy metal content for analytical and biological applications.
