Hand-held analogue refractometer with automatic temperature compensation (ATC), measuring Brix from 0 to 32%. Widely used in food and beverage QC for monitoring grape must, juice, soft drinks, and sugar solutions. ATC corrects for ambient temperature variation between 10 and 30 degrees C.
