Phenolphthalein 1% solution in ethanol is a classic pH indicator with a colour transition from colourless (below pH 8.2) to pink/magenta (above pH 10.0). Widely used as an end-point indicator in alkalimetric and acidimetric titrations, particularly for strong acid/strong base and weak acid/strong base systems. Ready-to-use solution for direct addition to titration flasks.
