Description
Naphthalene (C₁₀H₈) LR grade, supplied as flakes. Used in teaching laboratories as a model compound for sublimation demonstrations, as a standard in combustion calorimetry, and as a melting point calibration reference (mp 80.2°C). Also used as a fumigant in museum specimen preservation. LR grade is suitable for educational and general preparative applications.
