n-Hexane (C6H14) AR grade. A straight-chain alkane used in Soxhlet extraction for oil and fat determination, as the non-polar phase in liquid-liquid partitioning, and as a mobile phase solvent in normal-phase HPLC. AR grade ensures high n-hexane purity (typically ≥97%) with very low benzene and aromatic content for safe analytical use. Highly flammable — use in a fume cupboard.
