Description
The CEM CEMLM-SD is a medium-chamber Australian-made muffle furnace with a maximum temperature of 1200°C and a lift-up safety door. The safety door is held closed by self-tensioning springs, opens with a slight upward pull, and directs the hot door face away from the operator when open — reducing burn risk during sample loading and unloading. A safety cut-off disables heating whenever the door is opened during operation. Stainless steel double-skinned construction with ceramic fibre insulation for external heat protection and rapid thermal cycling. Electric elements with rear vent port. Optional programmable controllers, timers, and cable access ports.
