Description
Methanol (methyl alcohol, CH₃OH) AR grade in plastic drum for bulk laboratory use. Used as an HPLC mobile phase component, in UV-visible spectrophotometry, as a reaction solvent, and in preparation of methanolic reagent solutions. AR grade ensures low water content, low carbonyl compound content, and low non-volatile residue. Highly toxic; dispense and use in a fume cupboard with appropriate PPE.
