Maleic acid (cis-butenedioic acid, C₄H₄O₄) LR grade. Used in preparation of maleate buffer solutions, as a monomer in polymer synthesis, and as a reference compound in studies of geometric isomerism and Diels-Alder reactions. LR grade is suitable for teaching and general preparative applications.
