Lithium chloride anhydrous (LiCl) LR grade. Used as a highly efficient desiccant for gas and solvent drying, as a lithium ion source in preparative inorganic chemistry, and in RNA precipitation protocols for molecular biology. Also used as a component in some Karl Fischer reagent formulations. LR grade is suitable for general laboratory and preparative applications.
