L(+)-Tartaric acid AR grade is a dicarboxylic acid used as a masking agent in complexometric analysis to prevent metal ion interference, in the preparation of Rochelle salt (sodium potassium tartrate) buffers, and as a resolving agent in chiral synthesis. Also used in winemaking analysis and as a sequestrant in food technology research. AR grade ensures purity suitable for analytical and preparative laboratory applications.
