Description
Glycine (H2NCH2COOH, aminoacetic acid) AR grade. Used as a buffer component in glycine-HCl and glycine-NaOH systems (pH 2.2–10.6), in SDS-PAGE Laemmli running buffer, in protein biochemistry as a stabiliser and cryoprotectant, and as a nitrogen source in culture media. AR grade ensures very low heavy metal content for biochemical and electrophoresis applications.
