Gallium(III) oxide (Ga₂O₃) ≥99.99% purity. A wide-bandgap semiconductor material used in research on UV photodetectors, high-power and high-frequency electronics, and as a substrate for epitaxial growth. Also used as a precursor to gallium-doped materials, as a phosphor host, and for preparation of gallium calibration solutions by acid dissolution. ≥99.99% purity is suitable for materials science and semiconductor research.
