Gallium(III) nitrate hydrate (Ga(NO₃)₃·xH₂O) 99.9% purity. Used in preparation of gallium calibration standards for ICP-MS and AAS, as a gallium source in synthesis of gallium oxide and gallium-doped semiconductor materials, and in biological uptake studies as a model for iron(III) transport. 99.9% purity is suitable for trace analysis standard preparation and research applications.
