Formic acid (HCOOH) 90% AR grade. UNIVAR is Ajax's AR-equivalent brand. Used as an acidic modifier in reversed-phase HPLC and LC-MS mobile phases, in preparation of formate buffer solutions, and as a reducing agent in organic synthesis. Also used in descaling applications and textile processing. AR grade ensures low heavy metal and sulfate content for analytical applications.
