Description
Diethyl ether anhydrous (Et2O) AR grade in glass bottle. UNIVAR is Ajax's AR-equivalent brand. Used in Grignard reactions, Soxhlet fat extraction, and liquid-liquid extraction of non-polar compounds. Glass packaging prevents permeation and plasticiser contamination. Extremely flammable — use in a fume cupboard away from all ignition sources. Check for peroxides before use.
