Description
Acenaphthene (C₁₂H₁₀) for synthesis, LR grade. A tricyclic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) used as a model compound and calibration standard in PAH environmental analysis, as a reference compound in fluorescence spectroscopy, and as a starting material in synthesis of acenaphthoquinone and acenaphthenequinone derivatives. LR grade is suitable for synthetic and research applications.
