Description
Manganese dioxide (MnO₂) technical grade. An oxidising agent used as a catalyst for hydrogen peroxide decomposition (oxygen generation demonstrations), in preparation of chlorine gas from concentrated HCl, and in synthesis of permanganate compounds. Also used in battery cathode and ceramic pigment research. Technical grade is suitable for preparative and demonstration applications.
