Description
The CEM CEMLL-SD is a large-chamber Australian-made muffle furnace with a maximum temperature of 1200°C and a lift-up safety door. The safety door is held closed by self-tensioning springs, opens with a slight pull, and keeps the hot door face directed away from the operator when open for safer sample handling. A safety cut-off disables heating when the door is opened during operation. Stainless steel double-skinned construction with ceramic fibre insulation for efficient thermal cycling and cool exterior surfaces. Electric elements with rear vent port. Optional programmable controllers, timers, and cable access ports.
